The First20 weight loss program is the exact same plan that I put together to lose 20 pounds in the first 30 days. However, if you need to lose more than 20 pounds (like 30, 40, 50 and up) this plan is for you as well. The purpose of this plan is to give you all the essential tools to make a complete lifestyle change, by educating you on proper nutrition that works for your needs, a customized a workout plan based on your personal goals and all the necessary tools in between to make this journey stick for years to come. It’s a lifestyle change. Not a quick fix!
